Day CareWHAT CAN DAY CARE DO FOR YOUR DOG?
The Indoor Playroom
Our 3000 sq ft indoor space is perfect for fun, exercise and socialisation. The dogs can play on a variety of apparatus such as playhouses, trampolines and platforms. There are plenty of toys provided, and healthy play is always encouraged. Our large indoor space can be divided up as necessary to ensure that all dogs are comfortable and happy with their playmates. Size, age and play styles are taken into consideration when grouping dogs together for playtimes.
The Outdoor Playground
All our guests have access to a fully secure 2000 sq ft outside area for bathroom breaks, and more fun. There are low-level climbing blocks, tunnels, tyres, Astro turf and a paddling pool in the summer.
Enjoyable, social environment
Your dog will make lots of new friends
Healthy play and exercise is encouraged
Scheduled nap time to ensure adequate rest
Your dog will come home tired and content
Ideal for dogs who would otherwise be home alone
Great for dogs who just want to come for fun, frolics and friendship
Our guests have regular nap times to ensure they get the most from their day care experience. We provide sofas and dog beds for them to rest on, while they submit to the calming effects of classical music, specifically designed to help them wind down and relax.
Note: Don’t worry if your dog isn’t allowed on the furniture at home. Dogs don’t generalise very well, so even though they may get on the sofas at day care, they will still respect your boundaries at home. As we always say, what happens at day care, stays at day care!
We offer a pick-up and drop-off service to and from the day care centre, to help make life easier for you.
Day Care Checklist
If you can answer ‘YES!’ to all those questions, we can book your dog for an enrolment session, which includes a full assessment.
IS YOUR DOG NEUTERED OR SPAYED?
IS YOUR DOG UP TO DATE WITH HIS VACCINATIONS?
IS YOUR DOG GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS?
IS YOUR DOG GOOD WITH PEOPLE?
IS YOUR DOG HAPPY TO SHARE TOYS OR FOOD ITEMS WITH OTHER DOGS?
The centre can host a birthday party for your dog and his or her friends. They will have time for free play, party games, a birthday cake and goody bags to take home.
You can hire the centre for a private play session for your dog(s). This is particularly useful for under-socialised dogs. It allows them some off-lead time and free play which they might not otherwise get.
